Resources for the NSF Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) Program
The Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) Program, along with the PECASE, is one of NSF's most prestigious awards for junior faculty. The program provides awards of $400,000-$500,000 (depending on directorate) for a five-year period so that awardees can develop careers as outstanding, independent researchers and educators who effectively integrate teaching, learning, and discovery. NSF encourages submission of CAREER proposals from eligible junior faculty at all CAREER-eligible organizations, especially women, members of underrepresented minority groups, and persons with disabilities. The CAREER Program is a foundation-wide opportunity.
